Terms of Service – Sara’s Flowers Phuket
By placing an order with Sara’s Flowers Phuket, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and the best possible service for all of our valued customers.
1. Products & Availability
All flowers and arrangements are subject to availability. As flowers are seasonal and perishable, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. We promise that any substitutions will be of equal or greater value, while maintaining the style and color scheme of your original order.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders may be placed in-store, online via our website, or through WhatsApp or phone.
• Full payment is required before preparation or delivery.
• Preorders (e.g. for holidays or events) may require a non-refundable deposit.
• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB)
3. Delivery
We offer delivery across Phuket.
• Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before a specified cut-off time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or if the recipient is unavailable.
• If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave the item with a concierge, at the door, or with a neighbor—unless otherwise instructed.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements may be offered within 24 hours if:
• The flowers arrive in poor condition.
• There is a significant error in the arrangement.

5. Cancellations & Changes
Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. We cannot cancel orders once preparation has begun or delivery is in progress.
6. Privacy
Customer information (such as name, contact details, and delivery address) is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will never be sold or shared.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sara’s Flowers Phuket is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
