At Sara’s Flowers Phuket, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers that bring joy to every recipient. As our products are natural, perishable items, we kindly ask customers to understand the following terms regarding returns and refunds:


 

Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness of our flowers upon pickup or delivery. Every bouquet is hand-arranged with care using the best-quality blooms available.


 

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns once the product has left our shop or been delivered.


 

Refunds & Replacements

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

Flowers arrived significantly wilted or damaged upon receipt.

You received the wrong item or size than what was ordered.

A significant portion of the bouquet was substituted without prior notice and without maintaining value or style.

Please provide clear photos of the issue and your order details when contacting us. This helps us assess the problem quickly and fairly.

 

 

 

Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Change of mind after the order is prepared or delivered.

Flowers kept in poor conditions (e.g., extreme heat, lack of water).

Customer not available to receive the delivery and no alternative arrangement was made.
