Every delivery is made by our own trained drivers in our own air-conditioned vehicles. Fresh flowers are delicate — heat, rough handling, and time all work against them. Our drivers know how to carry a bouquet, how to keep it cool, and how to hand it over beautifully.
Why We Never Use Taxis or Grab
Many flower shops in Phuket send bouquets with taxi or ride-hailing drivers because it's cheaper. We understand the appeal — and you're always welcome to arrange your own courier pickup from our shop if you prefer. But once flowers leave with a third party, no florist can honestly guarantee what arrives at the other end.
We take a different approach: your flowers are our responsibility from our shop to the door, and we guarantee their condition on arrival.
What This Means for You
Air-conditioned transport the whole way. Drivers trained to handle flowers. Careful coordination with hotels, hospitals, and gated villas. And if anything isn't perfect when it arrives, we make it right.
