How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Simply select the bouquet or arrangement you like, add it to your cart, and fill in the order form at checkout.

⚠️ Important: Please provide the recipient’s Thai phone number (or local number) so our team can confirm delivery details. Without this, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.

What if I don’t know the exact delivery address?

If you don’t have the recipient’s full address but you have their name and phone number, please place your order through our dedicated partner site: PhuketFlowerDelivery.com.

That site is specially designed for flexible deliveries when the sender doesn’t know the exact location. Once the order is placed, our team will contact the recipient directly to confirm the delivery details and make sure your flowers arrive smoothly.

Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp and we can take the information directly from you.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer flexible and secure payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Bank Transfers (Thai Banks)
  • PromptPay / Thai QR Code

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). If you’re ordering from overseas, your card provider will handle the currency conversion automatically.

Are your flowers fresh?

Yes! We receive fresh flowers daily from Bangkok, China, and other parts of the world, ensuring a wide selection of premium blooms. Our team carefully inspects every delivery and prepares arrangements on the same day, so your bouquet arrives beautiful, fragrant, and long-lasting.

How soon will I get my delivery?

We offer same-day delivery across Phuket, often within 1–2 hours depending on location.

  • Standard deliveries: Typically within a few hours.
  • Specific time requests: Please mention in the order notes (e.g., “deliver at 3 PM”). We’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Advance orders: You can schedule deliveries for future dates with a specific time window.

Can I send flowers to hotels, hospitals, or schools?

Yes! We deliver to hotels, resorts, hospitals, schools, and offices all across Phuket. Just provide the recipient’s phone number and as much detail as possible (e.g., room number, ward, or office). Our team will confirm with the recipient or staff on arrival.

Will the flowers look exactly like the picture?

Our florists follow the design shown on the website as closely as possible. However, small variations may occur due to seasonal availability of certain flowers. If substitutions are necessary, we always use blooms of equal or greater value and keep the overall look and style of your chosen design.

Can I include a personal message with my bouquet?

Of course! During checkout, you can write a message in any language. We will print your message on a card and include it with your flowers at no extra charge.

What happens if the recipient isn’t available?

If the recipient isn’t home, our driver will:

  1. Call them to arrange a convenient delivery time.
  2. If possible, leave the flowers with a neighbor, security guard, or hotel/office reception (with photo confirmation).
  3. If no one is available and the flowers must be returned to our shop, a re-delivery fee will apply for sending them out again.

We always do our best to reach the recipient first to avoid any extra charges.

Do you deliver outside Phuket?

Our delivery service is focused on Phuket and surrounding areas. For special requests outside Phuket, please contact us directly to check availability.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery fees depend on the location within Phuket:

  • Bang Tao: ฿600
  • Cape Panwa: ฿400
  • Chalong: ฿300
  • Kamala: ฿550
  • Mai Khao: ฿900
  • Patong: ฿500
  • Phuket Town: ฿350
  • Rawai: ฿400
  • Thalang: ฿700
  • Phang Nga (select areas) – from 1,200 THB+ (please contact us for details)

✅ All delivery fees are per trip. If a re-delivery is required because the recipient was unavailable, an additional fee will apply.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Our online ordering system offers 2 hour delivery windows. You can include a more specific time in the order notes at checkout (for example, “Please deliver between 2–3 PM”). We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on driver availability and location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or LINE.

  • If the flowers haven’t been prepared yet, we can adjust or cancel the order.
  • Once the flowers are made or enroute, cancellations are not possible.
