Delivery Information

• Same-day delivery is available for most orders placed during business hours.

• Delivery times may vary depending on weather, traffic, and recipient availability.

• For deliveries to Phang Nga or remote areas, please contact us before ordering for confirmation and pricing.

• If the recipient’s exact address is unknown, we may still be able to complete the delivery using the recipient’s name and phone number. Our team will coordinate directly with the recipient.

• All delivery fees are shown in Thai Baht (THB).

Important Notes

• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

• During major holidays and peak periods (such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day), delivery windows may be extended due to high demand.

• We currently deliver only within Phuket and select nearby areas.
